Delete your account

For Wrong Way - Quoridor Game by Pokyygame. You can delete your online account and the data linked to it at any time. Here's how.

Deleting your account is permanent. Your rating, rank and cloud save can't be brought back afterwards.

1In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Wrong Way and tap Profile in the bottom bar.
  2. Tap ⚙️ to open Settings.
  3. Under ☁️ Account, tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm twice: Delete your account? and then Are you sure?

Your account is deleted from our server straight away, and the app signs you out on that phone.

2By email (without the app)

Write to admin@pokyygame.com from the email address of the Google account you use in Wrong Way, with the subject "Delete my Wrong Way account", and tell us your nickname. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and reply when it's done.

3What is deleted, and what is kept

✅ Deleted

  • Your account and its link to your Google account (Google ID, email, name and profile picture link)
  • Your nickname and avatar
  • Your cloud save: progress, coins, stars, powers and collection stored on our server
  • Your rating, rank and places on the leaderboards
  • The app, device and IP details stored with your account
  • Your sign-ins on every device

📦 Kept

  • Results of finished online matches (the nicknames at the table, the winner and rating change). Other players took part too, so these stay in the match history, no longer linked to your account.
  • Moves and chat of an online table are deleted automatically about 6 hours after the table ends, with or without an account.
  • Copies in our server backups disappear as old backups are replaced, normally within a few weeks.
  • Anything the law requires us to keep.

4Progress on your phone

Deleting your account doesn't remove the progress saved on your phone. To clear it too, open Settings → 💾 Data → Reset progress, or uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android's settings.

5Delete only some data

Want part of your data deleted without closing your account, for example your profile picture link or your chat messages? Write to admin@pokyygame.com and tell us what to remove. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
